The Sadsburyville Fire Company is seeking volunteers to help with a wide range of responsibilities around the firehouse. Volunteers participate in many different activities, including responding to calls, cleaning the station, Santa details and preparing for future emergencies through training.
Joining the fire company does not require you to become a firefighter. Many volunteers serve as emergency medical technicians and assist during medical emergencies. Others choose to attend fire school and become firefighters, while some support the company through fundraising and various maintenance tasks. The continued operation of our fire company depends on volunteer involvement and the dedication of our members.
If you have ever wondered what it is like to ride in a fire truck with lights flashing and sirens sounding, or wanted to help someone in distress but were unsure how, volunteering may be for you. If you want to make a meaningful difference in your community, we offer training and support for new volunteers in a variety of roles.
If you are interested in joining the Sadsburyville Fire Company, we invite you to visit us or reach out through our contact page to learn how you can become part of our team.
