Auto Accident at Routes 10 and 30, Sadsbury Township

On Monday April 13th, 2015 at 2110 hours the Sadsburyville Fire Company and Keystone Valley Ambulance were dispatched to Routes 10 and 30 in Sadsbury Township for an auto accident. Within minutes, Engine 31-1, Engine 31-2, Command 31 and QRS 31 all made the response with 15 volunteer firefighters.

At 2114 hours Battalion Chief Brecht arrived on location to find a two vehicle accident with two injuries. A second ambulance was requested to the scene. Chief Grossman assumed Lincoln Highway Command at 2115 hours requesting a traffic control unit to the scene.

Engine 31-1 and Engine 31-2 arrived and provided lighting to the accident scene. Crews deployed stay dry and brooms to clear the roadway of fluids and debris. Westwood and Keystone Valley EMS transported victims to local hospitals for further evaluation. All units cleared the scene at 2149 hours.
