Auto Accident on Route 30, Sadsbury Township

On Thursday May 5th, 2022 at 0950 hours, the Sadsburyville Fire Company was dispatched to a single vehicle accident involving a utility pole in the 2800 Lincoln Highway in Sadsbury Township. Upon arrival of units, bystanders had helped the driver from the vehicle and EMS from the Washington Hose Company Ambulance 41-7 took over with patient care.

Crews from Engine 31 secured all hazards on the vehicle, and notified PECO and Verizon about the damaged pole. Fire Police with Utility 31 controlled traffic around the scene and Fling’s Towing removed the car.

The Sadsburyville Fire Company would like to thank all the bystanders and staff from Little Anthony’s Pizza that helped in aiding and comforting the driver.
