Accident with Reported Entrapment on Route 10

At 0415 hours an auto accident was alerted on Route 10 north of Beacon Light Road in Sadsbury Township. The Sadsburyville Fire Company and an Ambulance were dispatched.

Chief Grossman made the response at 0420 hours and was advised of a vehicle on its roof with one trapped. The county upgraded the assignment adding a Rescue from Parkesburg, a second Ambulance from the West and Medic 93 from Brandywine Hospital.

Engine 31-1 made the response at 0422 hours with a crew of 4. Chief Grossman arrived on location at 0428 hours to find a vehicle on its roof in the 300 block of Octorara Trail, West Caln Township.

All subjects were out of the vehicle with minor injuries. The assignment was held to Engine 31-1, QRS 31 and Ambulance 28.

Ambulance 28 transported the victim to a local hospital and all units cleared the scene at 0458 hours.
