Engine Company Operations with Pomeroy

Members of the Sadsburyville and Pomeroy Fire Companies conducted Engine Company Operations training on November 21st, 2011 at the Pomeroy Fire Company.
A class room portion of the night was briefly held reviewing the functions of an Engine Company. Following the class room firefighters went out to their rear Engine Bay where the equipment of Engine 31-1 and Engine 29-1 were reviewed.
To conclude the night firefighters from both companies went to a near by hydrant and flowed water through a 2-1/2" hand line and a master stream. Sadsburyville operators were able to train using a hydrassist valve.
