Brush and Engine due on Highland Woods Fire
November 7, 2025
On Friday, November 7, 2025, at 12:49 p.m., the Sadsburyville Fire Company was dispatched to the 400 block of Old Stottsville Road in Highland Township for a reported woods fire. Brush 31 and Engine 31 responded to the scene, providing personnel and resources to assist in managing the incident.
Sadsburyville crews worked alongside the Keystone Valley Fire Department to suppress the fire, which was located on a steep hillside that made vehicle access challenging. Additional units were requested to support firefighting efforts and help bring the fire under control.
