Moments after clearing the working car fire in Sadsbury Township, the Sadsburyville Fire Company was dispatched to assist the Wagontown Fire Company in the 200 High Point Lane in West Caln Township. The call came in a 1717 and additional units were dispatched from the Honey Brook, Glen Moore and White Horse Fire Companies and Coatesville Fire Department.

Wagontown Chief Ziegler arrived and established the High Point Lane Command and reported a large shed and small shed involved with flames and a house as an exposure. Engine 31-1 arrived and went in service with multiple hand lines protecting exposures and knocking down the fire. Engine 35 and Rescue 35 arrived behind and ran additional lines and established a water supply.

Additional tankers were called to the scene from East Brandywine and Christiana for more water. The fire was placed under control within 30 minutes of arriving on scene with all hands working. Sadsburyville units cleared at 1942.
