On February 10th,2014 at 1857 hours the Sadsburyville Fire Company No. 1 responded to a house fire in the 100 block of Karen Circle in West Caln Township. Engine 31-1 promptly responded and through team work with mutual aid companies made quick work at knocking down a rapidly spreading fire.

On April 12th, 2014 at Wagontown Fire Company's Annual Banquet, the Sadsburyville Fire Company received a unit citation for it's outstanding assistance and teamwork displayed at this house fire assignment and the same service it provides on a regular basis to Sadsbury Township and surrounding communities.
