On Saturday February 3rd, 2024 at 16:07, the Sadsburyville Fire Company and mutual aid were dispatched to the 1200 block of Wynne Lane in the Sadsbury Park section of Sadsbury Township for a structure fire.

Chief 08 arrived first due reporting a working fire in a 3-story lightweight truss constructed end of a row home and a working fire dispatch went out. Chief 31 arrived and established the Wynne Lane Command and took position on the A side of the row.

Rescue 31 arrived first due engine company and stretched a line to the fire floor. Firefighters encountered a high volume of smoke and an active sprinkler system that mostly suppressed the fire. Firefighters conducted a primary search of the entire structure to ensure that all occupants had evacuated.

The fire was quickly under control with all hands working. Firefighters ventilated smoke from the structure and checked for extension.
