On Sunday May 29th, 2023 the Sadsburyville Fire Company was dispatched to Route 10 north of Route 30 in Sadsbury Township for an auto accident reported serious. Engine 31, Rescue 31, Traffic 31, Chief 31, Deputy 31 and Assistant 31 all made the response. EMS units from Keystone Valley and Westwood Paramedics were also on the way.

Assistant and Deputy 31 arrived to find a single vehicle accident, the vehicle was on its roof and a patient appeared to be ejected from the vehicle. Rescue 31 arrived and lit the scene, and searched the area and vehicle for additional patients. Sadsburyville EMS crews assisted Ambulance 08 and Medic 344 with stabilizing the patient and packaging for transport.

Units remained on the scene until Fling's Towing arrived to remove the vehicle from the roadway. Firefighters assisted with the clean up of the roadway and spill control. Sadsburyville and Keystone Valley Fire Police had Route 10 shutdown between Route 30 and Beacon Light Road for the duration of the incident.
