The Sadsburyville Fire Company had a special visitor today at our station. One of our neighbors and an active member of the United States Air Force, stopped by our station this afternoon to drop off some very special gifts.

MSgt. Michael Magobet was deployed to Kuwait in 2021. During his time there with the men and women of the 779th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron stationed Ali Al Salem Air Base, they were supporting America’s war on terrorism during Operations SPARTAN SHEILD, INHERENT RESOLVE, and FREEDOM SENTINEL.

MSgt. Magobet flew an American Flag aboard his USAF C-130H during multiple combat missions from the 16th of July through the 31st of August, 2021 in our Honor!

All the members of the Sadsburyville Fire Company would like to sincerely thank MSgt. Magobet and his entire crew for honoring us while deployed over seas, as well as thank him and all of the service men and women currently serving and those who have served, especially those who gave their lives for our freedom.

We will proudly display these items in our station!
