On April 6th, 2020 at 2202 hours, the Westwood, Sadsburyville and Wagontown Fire Companies were dispatched to the 1200 block of W. Lincoln Highway in Valley Township for a structure fire, on Box 44-83. Battalion 44 Sly arrived to find an extinguished fire on the exterior of a multi-occupancy dwelling with a smoke condition on the interior. Crews overhauled the fire area and used positive pressure ventilation to remove the smoke. Engine 31-1 and Utility 31 responded to the call for service.
