House Fire on Belvedere Avenue, Sadsbury Township

On Sunday December 22nd, 2019 at 1139 hours the Sadsburyville Fire Company and mutual aid from Keystone Valley, Westwood and Wagontown were dispatched to the unit block of Belvedere Avenue in Sadsbury Township for the reports of a house on fire. The caller reported a generator on fire on the exterior of the house and spreading into the dwelling.

Within minutes Deputy 44 Scott arrived and reported an exterior fire that had been knocked down by the homeowner and Sadsbury Police Department. Deputy 31 Brecht arrived next and held the assignment to Sadsburyville units.

Engine 31-1 arrived at 1147 hours and firefighters opened up siding on the house to check for extension and applied additional water to the fire area. All units cleared the scene at 1200 hours.
