To download an application you can click on the link below. You will have to fill out the application and turn it into the Sadsburyville Fire Company with $10.00. When turning in the application you will also have to fill out a background check form and mail the form off to the Pennsylvania State Police with another $10.00. Once the next monthly meeting comes your name will be read off. The following monthly meeting if the application and background check have gotten the approval of the investigation comittee, you will be voted on for membership of the company. If you are not present at that meeting you will be notified of your membership status.
