On Tuesday August 20th, 2019 at 2102 hours the Sadsburyville Fire Company was dispatched to Lincoln Highway at Old Mill Road for an auto fire. Firefighters made an immediate response.

Arriving within minutes, Assistant Chief Reynolds reported a car well involved with flames. Engine 31-1 arrived next and deployed the front bumper line for suppression.

The occupant of the car reported no injuries from the incident. The car was in motion when it caught fire and luckily the driver was able to safely pull it over and evacuate.
